There are only a few rappers today who can say they have actually changed the course of Hip Hop and Too Short is one of them. From selling tapes out of the trunk of his car in Oakland California to influencing generations of rappers, Too Short has remained true to his style since he first stepped onto the rap scene back in 1983.
