Los Angeles is known as being the gangs capital of the world, with many of the bloods and crips gangs dating back to the 50’s and the Latino gangs dating back to as far as the 1920’s. But in the 80’s, a new wave of Asian gangs started popping up around Southern California and Tin Nguyen was there from the very beginning.
